When can I start tracking my parcel?

Once you have received the ‘A delivery is on its way to you’ email/text with the tracking number, you can track your delivery here, change the delivery date or save your agreement to have parcels left in a safe place (provided the sender has not prohibited leaving parcels in a safe place). Parcel tracking has various statuses:

• ‘Received’: the order has been transmitted to us.
• ‘Handed over’: your parcel has arrived at the delivery office.
• ‘Out for delivery’: your parcel has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle.
