My parcel could not be delivered

You have received a delivery card:

Scan the QR code on the delivery card to go directly to the delivery information. After clicking ‘Edit’, you can select a new delivery date or issue instructions to have your parcel left in a safe place (provided the sender has not prohibited leaving parcels in a safe place).

Or click here and enter your delivery code. You can find this on your delivery card.
