Can I have my parcel left in a safe place?

With your consent, we will be happy to leave your parcel in a safe place, provided the sender has not prohibited this. To arrange for us to leave your parcel in a safe place, you can use the email/text that you have received together with the tracking number, click ‘Track your delivery’ and select the alternative location in the ‘Delivery information’ section. If you have not received this email/text, you can send an email with your contact details, tracking number and the preferred alternative location to service@planzer-paket.ch so that we can save your consent to have parcels left in a safe place.
