You will receive this message when we have received the order from the online shop or sender to deliver the parcel to you. We usually receive your physical shipment shortly after we have received the order and normally deliver it the next working day.
You can use the ‘Track your delivery’ button to view the status of your shipment and make the following changes:
‒ Change the delivery date
‒ Enter/amend information for leaving your parcels in a safe place
