Once you have received the ‘A delivery is on its way to you’ email/text, you can use the ‘Track your delivery’ link in the shipment information to view the delivery date. On the delivery date, you will see the estimated time slot for your delivery. If you have not received this email/text, please contact service@planzer-paket.ch quoting your tracking number and we will be happy to help.
