If the sender has given us permission to leave your shipment in a safe place, your parcel will be left in the letterbox, inside the building or safely outside the front door where it is protected against the weather. If you ask us to leave your parcel in a safe place, it will be left as per your instructions.
If you are unable to locate your parcel, you can access our portal via the button or link in our email or text notification. Under ‘Order documents’, you will be able to download your proof of delivery or the drop-off photo.
If you can’t find your order documents in the portal or the location in the drop-off photo doesn’t match your delivery address, please send your tracking number to service@planzer-paket.ch so that we can investigate what has happened. Please also let us know if you have not received a notification from us by email/text so that we can save your contact details for future shipments.
