Can I give my general consent to have parcels delivered in a safe place?

You can give your general consent to have parcels delivered to a safe place, provided the sender has not prohibited leaving parcels in a safe place. You have received a ‘A delivery is on its way to you’ email/text, To give your consent for future deliveries, please click ‘Track your delivery’ and register your email address using the button on the top right. Please note that general consent to have parcels delivered in a safe place only applies to your registered email address. If you have not received this email/text, you can send an email with your contact details, tracking number and preferred alternative location to service@planzer-paket.ch so that we can save your general consent to have parcels left in a safe place.

We would also like to point out that by agreeing to have parcels left in a safe place, they will be left in the specified location without confirmation of receipt. We will therefore consider these parcels to have been delivered and the risk of loss or damage will transfer to you as the recipient in this case. Planzer is not liable for the consequences of an insecure or unsuitable safe place.
