Where can I find the proof of delivery or the drop-off photo?

Once your parcel has been left in a safe place, you will receive an email/text notification with a button or link to access our portal. There, under ‘Order documents’, you will be able to download the proof of delivery or drop-off photo. 

If you can’t find your order documents in the portal or if the location in the drop-off photo doesn’t match your delivery address, please send your tracking number to service@planzer-paket.ch so that we can investigate what has happened. Please also let us know if you have not received a notification from us by email/text so that we can save your contact details for future shipments.
