Can you leave my parcel in a safe place?

Provided the sender has not prohibited leaving parcels in a safe place), we can leave your parcel in a safe place with your consent. If you have received a ‘A delivery is on its way to you’ email/text, you can access the portal via ‘Track your delivery’ and select ‘Edit’ to issue instructions for leaving your parcel in a safe place. If you have not received this email/text, you can send an email with your contact details, tracking number and preferred alternative location to service@planzer-paket.ch so that we can save your consent to have parcels left in a safe place. Please note that by agreeing to have parcels left in a safe place, they will be left in the specified location without confirmation of receipt. We will therefore consider these parcels to have been delivered and the risk of loss or damage will transfer to you as the recipient in this case. Planzer is not liable for the consequences of an insecure or unsuitable safe place.
