My shipment was late even though I paid for a time slot.

We would like to offer our sincere apologies and will of course refund you for the time slot you paid for. Unfortunately, our drivers can sometimes fall ill, or the Swiss roads may be so congested that it is impossible to make the requested time slot. Please contact us in writing with your tracking number, either via email to service@planzer-paket.ch or using the contact form. You can find this on our website under “Contact”. 

Our staff will issue the refund as soon as possible.
