Unfortunately, we may not have your contact details. This means you will not receive a notification when your parcel is on its way. To receive notifications in future, please send an email with your contact details and tracking number to service@planzer-paket.ch. If you would like us to generally leave your parcels in a safe place, you are welcome to notify us of this at abstellen@planzer.ch, quoting your contact details, tracking number and preferred alternative location.
