What happens to parcels that cannot be delivered?

If we cannot deliver a parcel because your recipient’s address cannot be found, the recipient is not available to sign for delivery or does not respond to the delivery card, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. In general, parcels are returned to you or the specified returns address seven days after the first delivery attempt if the recipient fails to respond.
